AquaKnow is dedicated to promoting clean, safe drinking water by providing our customers with comprehensive water quality testing information. We will provide validated results in a professional and technical manner that responds to the needs of our customers.
Profile
AquaKnow performs water analysis for customers worldwide according to USEPA and Standard Methods. We test water for compliance and informational purposes and hold certifications across the United States. AquaKnow is associated with one of the most independent laboratories in the U.S. specializing in the analysis of drinking water for chemical and microbiological contamination. We offer a wide range of services for residential and commercial customers. Commercial customers include public water systems, environmental consultants, engineers, water treatment professionals, bottled water plants, well drillers, food producers, pharmaceutical companies, laboratories and home inspectors.
Our network laboratories perform analysis according to USEPA and standard methods to meet state compliance in addition to performing informational tests for quality control purposes. Certifications are held across the country to meet customers’ needs. Network laboratories successfully participate in the USEPA, NIST and AIHA Proficiency Testing Programs and rank in the top percentile when compared to all other participants. Our technical representatives are contributing members to various industry association committees including the International Bottled Water Association and Water Quality Association. The staff is also frequently sought after for industry educational seminar instruction on the quality of water and water testing topics.

Customer Service
Customer service is a high priority for all network laboratories. Technical service representatives review current regulations and are frequently in contact with regulators in order to offer informed recommendations to customers about their testing needs. After consulting with one of our representatives, customers are shipped test kits that come with simple instructions to make sample collection and shipping back to our laboratories quick and easy. Rest assured our service doesn't stop there; our service representatives are available to answer any questions from collection of the sample to the end results.

American Water Surveyors uses state of the art technology to provide its clients the important service of finding groundwater depth, yields, and suitability prior to costly drilling. The EKS technology has been successfully used for over 10 years to determine depth and flow. Based in Fort Worth, Texas our services are highly portable which allows us to conduct groundwater surveys no matter where we’re needed. We have conducted surveys in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee and North Carolina but we are not limited to those states.
